I have been helping people with problems with lower back, shoulders and neck through massage, pilates and yoga since 2009 in South London in private houses and therapy centres.

I was a camera assistant in films but I decided to change my career as I was not coping well with stress, I also suffered from back and neck pain because of lifting heavy equipment. I started attending yoga classes and getting massages for my back problems. I received a Thai massage once and I fell in love with the practice which is what inspired me to begin my journey in physical and emotional well-being.

I like to work in a holistic way as the tension in the body comes from physical activities but also for stress and emotional issues. My massage is strong though not all the time, I do relaxing slow strokes and pressure points. I will adapt to the pressure depending on the client’s preferences.

Almost all my clients have neck and shoulders tension due to computer work, breast feeding, driving, stress and grief. I treat my clients with massage and also give exercises to address their problem.

I continue researching, attending courses and conferences to ensure my continual professional development.
