Pilates Classes

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasises the balance of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Pilates is good to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, especially the deepest muscles.

Classes can be taken at your own place or at New Cross Natural Therapy Centre.
