Often payment for the first visit is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and payment details are given for bank transfers.

What to Expect at your First Visit
Your first visit can take sixty minutes, occasionally a little longer where a full case history and physical assessment will be made to try and establish the cause of the problem. A plan will be discussed and if agreeable, the first treatment will be made. Very occasionally it is necessary to refer if treatment is not appropriate but this will be discussed.

What to wear
If possible please wear loose clothing such as shorts, track suit bottoms or leggings. To access and properly assess the spine, gowns are often supplied but sports bra’s or loosely fitting tee shirts may also be worn.

Cancellation
Because appointment times are extremely valuable and time is needed to re-allocate time-slots, appointment may be charged for if cancellation is within 24 hours and the slot cannot be filled.
