the last 12 years and am constantly reevaluating how I work,
studying other techniques to help improve patient outcomes.

Back and Shoulder Pain
The McTimoney method of Chiropractic I practice can often have a
huge effect in the treatment of back and neck pain. Treating the
whole body it seeks to find the cause of the problem rather than
just treating the symptoms.
Together with other forms of soft tissue techniques I also have
extremely good results for other problems such as shoulder pain. I
assess and advise on posture, which regularly has a strong bearing
on recovery together with rehabilitation exercises.
Headache and migraine prevention
McTimoney chiropractic, together with postural changes has been
proved to greatly help in headache and migraine prevention. While
not being able to help everyone I frequently have good results in
this area.
Pelvic Girdle Pain
The McTimoney approach has exceptionally good results in the
treatment of pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy, returning joints
and muscles in and around the pelvis to their normal function.
Foot Posture Supports
Foot posture, over pronation, or ‘flat feet’ can also play a role
in some symptoms and I can advise in this and prescribe and make
custom orthotics when necessary or required using the ICB heat
molded system.

Further Visits: £61
Reduced rates for children on application.
Often payment for the first visit is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and payment details are given for bank transfers.
Cancellation
Because appointment times are extremely valuable and time is needed
to re-allocate time-slots, appointment may be charged for if
cancellation is within 24 hours and the slot cannot be filled.
