For many years I have been actively interested in energetic forms of healing and how our personal outlook can keep our minds and bodies healthy and happy, through all kinds of challenges.

I have been practicing EFT since 2006 (AAMET accredited).

I am also a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master (Level 3).

For ten years I was the Arts Manager of a local hospital trust, devising a programme of exhibitions events and creative activities designed to enhance the healing environment and patient experience.

I take a creative approach to my practice - I am also an artist working with glass and I have been a teacher, arts director and manager working in the London community for over 30 years.
